If you reside in the United States and, during the four years prior to the filing of this action, (1) received one or more text messages from Bishop Gold Group, LLC; (2) after requesting to not receive text messages from Bishop Gold Group, LLC by responding with a “stop” or “unsubscribe” request; and (3) who did not re-opt in to receive text messages prior to receipt of the text message(s) may be a Settlement Class Member and eligible for a payment.

To receive benefits, Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form by December 5, 2025.

To start your online claim, you can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your Unique ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@BishopTCPAsettlement.com or (844) 496-0874. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.
